Hussein was born in South Africa and raised as a native English speaker. Having lived a nomadic life, and been educated in the United Kingdom, the United States, as well as working and living in China, Sweden, and Germany, he has a love and appreciation for different cultures.

As a qualified English teacher, as well as a published writer in multiple countries and on a wide range of topics, Hussein has a love of the English language as well as proficiency in teaching academic, general, and conversational English at a variety of levels.

Hussein has been living and studying in Marburg since 2021 and balances his soon to be completed master’s in North American Studies with teaching English to students from all over the globe at the Marburg University Language Centre.
